| Prior to establishing CPI, McSpedon ran Global Sales and Services for De La Rue's Cash Processing Division which included growing 14 Global affiliates and 40 distributors. Dane has held Executive positions in several Fortune 500 companies, establishing and growing high-tech solutions into emerging markets. |

| Emily joined CPI from Ernst & Young, where she helped to grow the Chilean office's Quality and Risk Management department. She has also held positions in GrouponLatAmand a boutique futures and commodities trading firm. |

| Michael Erokhovets, Chief Operating Officer |

| Prior to joining CPI, Michael was the Managing Director for the Russian sales, service and manufacturing operation for DLR as well as being responsible for all sales and service in India and China. Michael has also held senior executive positions in Honeywell Inc, APV and Invensys PLC in Regional Sales and Marketing roles. |
