Dane has held Executive positions in several Fortune 500 companies, establishing and growing high-tech solutions into emerging markets. |

| Mauricio Thierry, Managing Partner, Central and South America and the Caribbean |

| Mauricio was previously Managing Director for De La Rue's Central American operation during which he managed high-growth of new products and services into 21 countries. Thierry has held Executive positions in IBM and Price Waterhouse Coopers. |

| Michael Erokhovets, Chief Operating Officer |

| Prior to joining CPI, Michael was the Managing Director for the Russian sales, service and manufacturing operation for DLR as well as being responsible for all sales and service in India and China. Michael has also held senior executive positions in Honeywell Inc, APV and Invensys PLC in Regional Sales and Marketing roles. |
